Has it really been one month already? Time seems to be going by faster and faster. Rigley seems to be finding his niche and fitting it quite nicely into our bunch. His siblings love him so much and want to share everything that he is now battling his second cold in just 4 weeks of being born. He is such a little cuddler that he uses this time to take advantage of being held. He seems to be settling into a routine where he has some awake time in the morning and evening. He has proven that sleeping through yelling, screaming, fighting, sweepers, music, etc really is not too distracting to him. His personality seems to pretty laid as well.
The transition to four seems to be going pretty well. The kids love holding him and loving on him. Inititally, we thought that Paislee may have some issues adjusting because she is our little cuddler and enjoys her mommy and daddy time. However, she has proven us completely wrong. She loves to touch his head, watch him sleep, watch him eat...basically she loves everything about him. Tucker enjoys getting in his face and talking to him about being the "little brother." When Rigley cries Tucker is usually the first one to try and soothe him. Chaney is my "little mama." She thinks its fun to carry him around and change diapers...yes, you read that right, change diapers. She enjoys helping me out and most days she is very helpful.

She does a fantastic job and is so very patient with newborns who, most of the time, are not very patient. (All pictures were posted with her permission.)
