Errand Day

Today was an errand day. Josh had the day off so we took advantage of getting out and getting some tasks accomplished. Paislee had to get her one year shots so we were out of the house early to get those taken care of. Shots are my least favorite part of being a parent. After three kids it never gets any easier to take them and listen to them cry.

Paislee, the unsuspecting victim, playing with toys before. She has no idea what is about to happen.

...and this is what happens after shots and crying. A nice little cat nap to help make the day run smoother.

We then headed up north to trade in some of our old electronic items to get some Christmas presents for mom and dad. After running around Best Buy playing with all the fun electronic items, it was time to feed our empty tummies at Chic-Fil-A. Since we don't have one around here we have to drive a bit further to eat there, but it is always worth it. The kids love their chicken and their chocolate peppermint milk shakes. (I highly recommend getting one before the season is over. If you like the Candy Cane {Hershey} Kisses, you will LOVE these.) Seriously, Paislee could drink one by herself. They did enjoy some fun in the playground area too.

The kids were disappointed to leave, but, we put on our shades and started movin' & grovin' to our tunes and we were set.

Today was a good day and a much needed day out of the house...and it was nice to have daddy home too.
