10 Months

Mr. Riggy is 10months old today.  This last month has brought on a new more mobile side of this little guy.  He now is standing and pulling up to everything and cruising right along getting where he needs and thinks he needs to be.  On several occasions we have caught him standing all by himself.  He is one loud crawler.  He likes to smack his hands on the floor so you know where he is at all times.  He is loving to crawl under things, in things or anything that looks like he can get through it.  If we slack on closing the gate he is up the stairs in a heart beat...heart beat!  (I won't tell you how I know this but I am usually the one who leaves the gate open because I am through it the most.)

One of his new and favorite things this month is closing the doors.  He will go into a room and close the door and then cry because he shut himself in.  He likes to hide behind the doors too.  The door stops are always fun to play with along with the rolls of toilet paper.

He now has five teeth in, three on top and two on the bottom.  His gums look like another could be on its way.  He is now eating more meats.  He has become a fan of chicken nuggets and turkey.  He does get some baby food still like when we are out but for the most part at home he gets table food.  This past month he started getting some milk in his cheerios and his body seemed to do ok with it.  He does get some milk in a sippy now and he seems to really like it.

He is still taking two naps a day and is usually in bed for the night around 8 and then up by 8 the next morning.  He still is not sleeping through the night but usually up once. 

He loves to push this little car around and loves to push the grocery cart around.  He is not super speedy at it but is getting better and stronger each day.  This little dude will be walking soon.

Just a little note: While I was trying to get his pictures this morning he was engrossed with a neighbor weed eating a few houses down then this dandelion caught his eye. His pictures had a much more serious tone, meaning not so many smiles, because I was bothering his people watching.
