Hair Days

If you have seen any of us lately you know that we were in need of a desperate visit with aunt Jac and her magic wand.  To be honest I have been pushing it to the very last minute (or day) because of leaving for Costa Rica and then when I get back we have family pictures.  I wanted my hair to still look good so I deliberately waited.  Tucker's hair was getting bigger by the minute so he needed a hair cut too as did Paislee.  Tucker is in the process of wanting his hair to grow out so we had to get it a bit under control.  Paislee has never had a hair cut so this was her first.  

 Paislee was  not too thrilled about getting her hair cut.  She kept saying she did not want aunt Jac to cut her hair.  I'm not really sure she knew what to expect.  As you can see from the pictures above she was thrilled to get her hair cut.  Jaclyn cut about an inch and a half off.  I thought the curls maybe gone, however, when we got home her hair was curling up like crazy. It's amazing what humidity does to the kids' hair.

My handsome dude loves his long hair.  The texture of his hair is a lot like my mamaw's hair and my dad's hair...very coarse and very thick.  When he starts to play and got hot and sweaty his curls come out in full force.  Jac took some length off but mostly just thinned it out and it made a world of difference.  He even let her put gel in and style it...something he won't let mom or dad do.

Here are some pics from the day.  Little JJ is getting so big.  She is rolling around and trying to crawl already.  She sure does love her big brothers.  She loves to smile and has little dimples.  She and Rigley had fun playing together.  He was so sweet to her, he kept rubbing her head and smiling at her.
